Do all those penis enlargement pills really work? Is it just another rip-off or trap for people to fall into?

PenisHealth
The internets and in general emails have been bombarded with penis enlargement pills and there is no evidence to prove if they really work. Also what has the food and drug administration has to say about all this? If the pills do work, is there a report showing the good ones from the bad? Is there any study to prove the pills really work? I’ve been ripped off by one already (”Smiley Bob”) and what to do to prevent others from falling prey!

As far as the creams and pills on the market they are mainly herbs and/or vitamins which have not been approved the by FDA, and do not work. There is controversy surrounding penile enlargement surgery. Some see this surgery as similar to breast enlargement surgery, in that the body change contributes to a person’s self-esteem. However, the surgical techniques, although available, are not well researched or defined at this point. The American Board of Urology, the only certifying board of urologists in the United States, has no official stance or statement on surgical penis enlargement. Penile enlargement surgery is a very new procedure, performed routinely only by a few individuals, with repair work often done by other surgeons. It is still an investigational/experimental technique without reliable results.

When people hear “natural male enhancement” they think bigger penis. Simply not true. Read the fine print. They contain herbs and crap that have been shown in one or two cases to enhance performance and/or feeling. Who knows. Asprin can do the same thing to one or two people in the world too. Scam by creative writing. Ad people do this for a living. They know who to word things. Best bet is to be happy with what you have and find someone who is also happy with what you have.
