It is all relative. As you gain in flaccid size it eventually, if not immediately, becomes erect size. Remember though, many guys have a turtle-ing penis prior to PE but soon after starting their flaccid penis hangs longer and lower naturally.
im kind of lost on the whole concept of gains. hypothetically, if i was to gain two inches flacid, would i also gain two inches while erect? like if i go from 4-6 flacid..and my erect was 6..would it go to 8?

both. the penis gets bigger in both dimensions and in both states (flaccid and erect), however your flaccid length will grow more than your erect length due to the equalizing rule where the bigger your penis is the less it grows during an erection.

DLD, is your flaccid stretched measurement the same as your erect measurement? Because with me there’s about a 3/4″ difference right now.
