Thinking of getting the surgery soon and wondering what I need to be aware of. I would also like to know of the gains you had because of it as well as any negatives to the surgery.
Never had the surgery. No need to.
If you are over 4 inches long and 4 inches around, there’s not really a need for it. It could lead to infections, rough skin, and extreme discomfort.
If you’re johnson isn’t up to par, try becoming more skilled with your fingers/tongue, as almost all women need clitoral stimulation/oral sex to achieve orgasm anyways.
Also remember that you are effectively paying someone money to take a sharp object to your penis, and that should be disconcerting enough.

you should have watched the channel 4 show vs porn (or some other weird thing)…no it was something about male beauty…it showed what happens, they inject it with a kind of jelly it looks rank. PLus if you have an allergic reaction your penis might end up like a condom full of wallnuts

penis size is totally genetic n hormonal, only surgery can help that too with just 2-3 cms not worth and even not suggestable

I havn’t had surgery and I really don’t think there is need. There is a whole lot of medical proof for a far safer method which involves gentle stretching over many months with a special device. I used one and gained 1.5 inches in length within 8 months, no pain, no surgery costs, no infections and all natural growth. my suggestion is don’t get the surgery because it’s might have side effect , infection , irritated and even the result is far from what you expect. i have my friend shred me the info once. so think twice if you want to getting surgery.^^
Surgery offers the only permanent solution for enlargement of the penis. Through surgery, the penis can be visually enlarged, usually by just over an inch. The surgeon will cut the ligaments that hold the penis in its usual position and this allows the penis to descend. Weights, or stretching devices, are then used for a few months to effect a permanent increase in size. The procedure may result in scar tissue, the erection will point down, and the base of the penis will be hairy.
Another surgical technique is known as a dermal implant. Girth and length can be increased by transplanting fat cells from other parts of the body to the penis. As the size of head of the penis cannot be increased the results can be visually rather odd.
