My bf is considering it..he is about 3 inches…and well…it’s just not enough to satisfy me and he himself has always wanted to be bigger…

By itself, this surgery does not make penis larger and penis remains the same as before, because the operation bears auxiliary character and it has no effect without use of extender. Do not even consider penis enlargement surgery it is extremely dangerous to the health of your penis.
It is not guaranteed to work and you can end up with numbness or impotence or other problems. Plus its very expensive.

i never try to take penis enlargement surgery, cause it waaay to expensive and i’m to afraid to take a surgery. I suggest your bf to try penis enlargement exercise, Penis exercise has proven by expert to enlarge their penis size. the method is much safe and secure compare to taking pills, oils or surgeries.

For the past 6 months or so now I’ve been a member of this penis enlargement program website which has worked amazing for me….
