LOL….nothing like insecure guys on a Thursday afternoon.
Unless you are extremely small in the pants….like 2″ hard…I wouldn’t worry about surgery.
First cuz it’s not been perfected
Second, cuz it’s expensive
Third, it’s not going to make you the size of a horse which I’m sure is what you’re wanting to be.
Forth, learn to use what you have before you bother thinking about surgery.
State regulations vary but in some states if you have your parent’s consent you can get a breast enhancement at just 16.
