LOL….nothing like insecure guys on a Thursday afternoon.

Unless you are extremely small in the pants….like 2″ hard…I wouldn’t worry about surgery.

First cuz it’s not been perfected
    Second, cuz it’s expensive
Third, it’s not going to make you the size of a horse which I’m sure is what you’re wanting to be.
Forth, learn to use what you have before you bother thinking about surgery.

State regulations vary but in some states if you have your parent’s consent you can get a breast enhancement at just 16. I would imagine that getting a penile augmentation would have similar conditions. If not then the age you are legally an adult is 18 and when you’re an adult there is no age limit for that kind of thing.

As far as actual results understand there are two types of surgeries – one to enhance the length and the other for thickness.

The penis it self does not end at the pelvis it actually extends inside the body several more inches. If done correctly you can actually enlarge your penis by 3 inches. So if you are at 6 now you can be a 9 after surgery. As far as increase in thickness you can get about an inch or so extra.

But you might want to reconsider surgery since surgery alone is risky and some men who get it done report a loss of sensation so great that they can’t even have sex any more. It is also expensive and not something covered by insurance. You also don’t want to just let any hack take a wack at your sack you want to find a real professional doctor who can do it right.

18 would be the minimum age, any lower then that you’d need parental consent, and that goes for ANY surgery, not just the one you are asking about.
The average gain in length from Penile Enlargement Surgery is around one inch, plus or minus a half an inch or so. Unless you suffer from a condition known as Micro-Penis, most surgeons would advise against such a surgery because the gains hardly out weigh the cost, pain and risk. Furthermore, any surgeon worth his weight in salt would not preform this surgery on a person who is still in puberty, which can last up to 21 years of age.
For more details that would apply to you specifically, you should consult your doctor who would refer you to a Urologist, who will evaluate your specific case.

did you know that surgery doesn’t work and can cause permanent damage like impotence scarring etc. Do you really want someone butchering your penis with a scalpel. A better alternative is natural penis enlargement exercises like these http://www.easypenisenlargement.org/npe they work far better than surgery and are non invasive and completely safe
