He has been doing it a lot lately and i have noticed some penis growth as well!
it is kinda creepy since he is doing it as like an exercise and it is pleasurable for him!
Is natural, let him do it, is not something malicious, it will pass later on, infants do that very often, I bet you also did, you just do not remember.

There’s not much you can do. As long as he’s doing it in the house and he’s safe. At that age children cannot orgasm so he’s basically just playing…

its just part of growing up just tell him its not something we do in public or the common areas of home we go to our room

I don’t think you can stop him. It’s quite a normal thing for children to do sometimes. I would just make sure he hasn’t got something irritating him, like an infection or soreness on his penis, if not, just ignore it if you can. Good luck
