I know there are scams out there so I want to play it safe. Which pills should I buy that actually work… Any real testimonials or anything? Or if pills don’t work, what can I do to increase penis size? Any help is appreciated greatly.

None will work, but there are some things you may want to do. First is some research, about half a year ago i found a very detailed website listing the actual averages for men. Made a big difference between hearing everyone say “7 inches in normal” and then actually seeing studies of tens of thousands of men and finding out that is total BS and the average man is nowhere near 7″. There are some conditions (such as micropenis, actual medical issue) where erect its normally around 3″ and in those cases it might be possible for doctors to do something but even then its not likely. Try to do a little looking around for valid resources, and maybe you will find you are normal/above average and that could help out your self-esteem so you dont care as much
