If I do Kegel Exercises is it possible to get a bladder infection?

I’ve also heard kegel exercises increase blood flow to your penis, helping it enlarge during an erection. Is this true as well?

A bladder infection has nothing to do with Kegels. And it’s not so much enlarge it as give it strength to stay harder for longer.

Yes it is possible to get a bladder infection, but not from doing kegel exercises!
The most common way for a boy/man to acquire a bladder infection is for his urethra to be exposed to a bacteria or virus, which can travel up towards the bladder. Kegel exercises will neither increase or decrease the likelihood of such an exposure.
What kegels will do is increase your ejaculatory control and increase blood flow to the penis, however it will not make your penis any bigger then it already can be, in other words it wont make it grow.
You may preform these exercises with out any worry of infection.
