I wanna know that if you start taking penis enlargement “natural, herbal” sex pills which i saw on eBay, is it good for you or does it give a bad, opposite effect after a few years? or is it really as good and permanent as they say?

Taking any kind of medication or using any kind of external device to try and increase the size of your penis is dangerous. You should not do it.
The size of your penis is unique to you. You cannot safely and reliably do anything to influence what you have got. Anything you do can have serious negative affects in later years. Very few “cures” are cures at all and none of them will give you a permanent fix.

how on earth do you think a pill could increase the size of a penis?
