Yeah. When he feels himself starting to get close, he needs to pull out. You then need to grip the bottom of his penis with two fingers and just hold it there until he feels himself start to calm down.
After that you can go at it again. It’ll take time, but eventually he’ll get to the point where he can pace himself and last out a lot longer.

the absolute best way to deal with is is similar to what has been posted above. Right before he is about to ejaculate, have him (not you), squeeze the head of the penis tight but not tight enough to hurt.
