Actually fyrex91 that will cause most men to cum faster. If a man tightens up, most likely he’ll notice that his errection becomes increasingly harder so long as he applies the force (tightening up). Believe me… which I know personally. The only thing that I know that can delay orgasm is SSRI ( Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) This have proven to delay orgasm. But SSRI drugs are dangerous. And can be only prescribe by your doctor, Preferably by a Urologist, I was on SSRI for depression for 3 yrs and during intercourse It took me about 65 mins to reach an orgasm. alot of pe is a due to a purely Physical condition, NOT mental.
Such as in my situation i can only last a few seconds due to a very hyper sensitive Penis, there is NO mental way to fix that .
Im currently trying Zoloft for it , ive tried EVERYTHING mental, and None of it works on Severe Pe, those Methods are ONLY for very mild cases
I had PE also, after long searching i do believe that is a mental condition. It has to do with some chemicals in our brain and it creates a reflex.

prozac helped me last longer, but i was rarely hard, i could barely get hard at all and it was numb and unpleasant. ejaculation was shit.
