i am 7in erect but would like to get bigger. iv heard about penis enlargement pills.do they really work? is there bad side effects to them? let me know your thoughts. thanks

no. they do shrink your wallet.
first of all the pills, and all that stuff do not work they just advertise that they work great. and 7 inches is big enough and depending on your age if your 16-22 your penis will grow anyway by 1 to 3 or more inches, so already have a big enough one and im sure you don’t want to be hurting your girl by smashing into her cervix

There is indeed a bad side effect = it’s called wallet depletion.
