I am considering penis enlargement surgery. I am 5 3/4″ long and 5″ around. I know this falls in “average” but I want to be more than average. So, does anyone have any advice from personal experience?

Yeah, from the female perspective, bigger isn’t always better, hon, and it always isn’t a turn on either. I understand size may be an issue, but not all women can physically “handle” a really large penis, because we aren’t that big either for width or depth.

I am about 6” long and its always been fine. I dont think you really need any more than that to please her. Always ask though. If its not good enough get her to tell you.

Jeez we’re in a crappy economy and you’re worried about the size. Don’t bother driving yourself nuts over the size. You can make up for that in other ways.

Your penis is a great length, not to big, not too small, big penisis may seem better but they just hurt the women and put them off!!
You do noty need to go throught surgery when your penis is the perfect length most women actually want.
It’s not about the size of the boat it’s the motion of the ocean…Though it’s kinda hard to get to England in a row boat…Dude, your dick is fine, You in the average range be happy, you may not be the biggest but think you may not have to be the biggest to please a woman, you moves could do that. As long as you know how to use what you have, besides its not worth the risk of going through all that pain and suffering and having a bad outcome, cause not all things like this have good out comes. A small penis size does not have to be a problem for long because there is something men can do to change the situation. Penis enlargement is not exactly a new thing. But penis enlargement surgery is very expensive and having a big risk, so I recommend you to use medical penis stretcher for alternative

First let me say this, Don’t get caught up with what you see on the internet or porn vidoes, I am not saying that you watch those types of videos, but A 10 inch penis is not always what a woman wants.
If it is not for a woman, and for your own security purposes, just keep in mind that surgery is not alwasy guaranteed, you might have a bigger penis, but you run the risk of loosing all feeling. Personaly I want the feeling more than size.
Think about it before you go under the knife, it is a big decision.
