I have a small penis I feel if I had a bigger penis I would be more confident anyone out there have an opinion or advice on this?

I would say no. Penis size doesn’t matter. I’m sure your size is fine and you’re just over-reacting. People that only look for or worry about size are pretty shallow. Find someone that will like you for you. I can also ask: Do females with small breasts look unattractive?

No, its very risky and surgery should not be done unless it needs to be. I am in med school. This is something you do not need. There is always someone who will love you no matter what. Something like this truly does not matter if the other person really loves you.
