Should I trust penis enlargement surgery?

All other methods such as pills, penis pumps, creams, and certain exercises do not work. Conclusive medical studies indicate that there is hardly to no significant gains in size.
Therefore, I’m thinking of going with penis enlargement surgery.
Does anyone know if it works?
Is it safe?
How much is it?
What’s the increase of size I should expect after surgery?
My size is below average, and I do believe that size matters to a certain extent, even if you know how to use it.
So if someone can please tell me of any information they know, that would be highly appreciated.
Also, does anyone know of any surgeons that do this type of procedure?

Find out as much about the procedure as possible before hand. Including side effects, risks, and what ever else.
Also does it really matter if you are not as big as you think you need to be. A lot of men and maybe some women too have these ideas about what size they should be to be good enough. As long as you and your partner are satisfied in your sex life. But admittedly you have to be happy, and maybe that means that you have this surgery. Also find out whether it will still have the same feeling as before, that it will still be able to perform as well etc. It is a big thing to do, so find out all you can first.

NIX ON THE SURGERY THING
IT WON’T WORK THE WAY YOU HOPE IT WILL!
This surgery cuts through a couple of muscles at the base of the penis that support the penis making it appear to be longer when flaccid…but your erection may suffer (point in a decidedly more “southerly” direction) due to the fact that muscles once used for support are now unable to do their jobs due to their having been cut.
And don’t worry about your size…
