I have always had a problem with Premature Ejaculation. I last anywhere from 20 seconds to 2 minutes. I usually last under a minute. This happens every time. I´m 25 years old if that matters. Ie have already tried changing frequency of sex.
Exercise is the best solution to make your sexual act last longer. It is important that you and your partner to be comfortable with, and not feel affected by this.
If it is more natural it is better.
There are many “causes.” Some physical, some psychological. There may even be a medical problem that needs to be evaluated by a urologist.

Dear Its not at all easy to live with Premature ejacualtion. I see many patients trying self help methods as start stop, creams , sprays, etc etc. But when the case becomes serious or when they feel the urgency of treatment then only they approach to qualified doctor. In the treatment of PE its highly essential to tackle the psychological aspect of a patient as unless and untill patients regains the confidence that he can perform best in the bed no treatment or technique will give the results.
