will my premature ejaculation subside if i cure my over masturbation?

PenisHealth
I have been a prolific masturbator for a while now (about 4 years). Now, with a steady girlfriend, I have been forced to come to terms with my premature ejaculation. Being that I am only 17, if I reduce and or stop my masturbating, will I be able to last longer?

You don’t indicate whether you’re sexually active with your girlfriend. I’ll assume that you are. If that is the case, you and your girlfriend should work together to learn how to prolong the pleasures of sex. Now that you are sexually active with your girlfriend, you should be masturbating a lot less because it’s just plain better with a partner.

Make it a game to see how close she can get you before you “finish.” Chances are she’ll enjoy teasing you and pleasuring you right up to the brink of climax, but not let you go over. Chances are you’ll enjoy that too. Over time, you’ll find you last longer.

Have fun, use condoms, don’t get her pregnant, and remember that you ought to show the same enthusiasm when pleasuring her that she uses with you.

i think the best way to help prevent premature ejaculation is to try and stay relaxed, concentrate on your breathing and try to resist the feeling of climaxing. maybe try concentrating to your other body parts and think to yourself ‘do not cum’ or something like that. hope it helps!

Don’t stop masturbating! If you stop, you may last even less time with your girlfriend. Use masturbation as a way to practice lasting longer. Bring yourself close to climax, and ease off. Do this repeatedly and you will learn when you need to ease off to last longer. Your girlfriend will thank you!

There is no longer any doubt among doctors and therapists that the supposed negative effects of masturbation are false. It is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Ninety-five percent of men begin to masturbate at puberty, and many continue to do so throughout life without negative consequences.

Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity.

It is important however to masturbate in a way that will help you learn how to control ejaculation so that when you do have a partner premature ejaculation will not be an issue.

No man is born with the ability to control. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully for more than 32 years.

It is called “Lasting Longer: The Treatment Program for Premature Ejaculation” by Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D. For more information just enter the doctor’s name in any search engine: Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D.
