Will penis enlargement exercises work for me?

PenisHealth
I have this big problem and I don’t know what to do. I’ve just reached 18 and my penis is only 3.3 inches (erect state). Do you think I can gain 2-2.5 inches with some exercises?
May it still grow? I don’t even have beard so I may still in puberty, right?

Your penis can keep growing until you are about 20 – you could be just a late developer.

If you want to bet bigger now, exercises will work if you do them properly and consistently. There’s 2 chambers in the penis which fill with blood when you get an erection. Your size is limited by the amount of blood these can hold. The exercises work by permanently increasing the capacity of these chambers – the more blood they can hold, the bigger your penis will be.

You can either go it alone & get exercise routines on the internet, or join a program with a full exercise plan & individual support. Both can work, but joining a program will give you quicker results & you’ll be more likely to keep doing the exercises – perseverence is the key to success.

If you’re interested in exercises I found this info at Wikipedia:

    Jelqing and clamping

Jelqing is a method intended to enlarge the penis by exercising the smooth muscle and other tissues in the penis, with the goal of permanently increasing the maximum erect size of the penis. This technique, also called “milking”, involves wrapping the thumb and index finger around the penis while semi-erect and repeatedly drawing them away from one’s body to force blood into the glans, thus encouraging more vascularity in the corpus cavernosa and associated tissues. Whether jelqing actually works or not is a subject of controversy.

Risks that exist from this exercise are: burst blood vessels, sometimes causing bleeding from the urethra (which can lead to infection and other complications if not taken care of), and temporary or even permanent erectile dysfunction.

There are many products (tools, instructions, etc.) that one can buy; however, much of what they offer (instructions) is available on forums and free websites.

Jelqing is typically preceded by a warm-up with a hot compress on the genitals, and concluded the same way. The reasoning behind the ‘warm-up’ mimics the normal operation of the biological processes of the penis during the four stages of arousal. The third stage is heat. At this stage the smooth muscles of the ‘glans’ can easily expand to their present (not future) greatest potential size.

Clamping is a technique that uses a constricting device, such as a shoe string, cable clamp, or a tight cock ring. The clamp is firmly tied, clamped, or put, respectively, on the base of the erect penis while “edgeing” (extended masturbation) with a firmly erect penis. Extreme caution should be used to prevent permanent damage to the tissue. Use of a metal cock ring is not advised because trapped blood engorging the penis can make it impossible to remove.

    Stretching and hanging

Stretching consists of attaching a penis stretcher or “extender” device to the penis for set periods of time. The device exerts a constant traction on the penis, which, in theory, lengthens and widens the penis. The traction supposedly causes the cells in the penis to “split” and then reform and expand. In 2002 a study published in the International Journal of Impotence Research concluded that penis extender devices are effective at elongating the penis and furthermore the increases in length correlate with the amount of time the device is worn. A small pilot study released by Italian researchers in 2009 concluded that penis extender devices should be regarded as an effective treatment option to enlongate the penis.
