There are no real surgeries for that. There is that one nerve they can cut that would add some length because it would then point downward instead of … and then the pill that only causes temporary swelling…

Penis enlargement won’t be because it’s more like cosmetic surgery, Viagra will be because Erectile Dysfunction is a medical condition, but you’ll only be able to get it if you have ED, not like now when you can get a recreational prescription.
Yes, they are going to work this like all other welfare. It is going to be need based. It will only take you a little bit to fill out the short form. If you are not up to their standards, they will place you on the waiting list. When an opening comes available, they will get you up and alleviate your problem. Good luck
